Ground can take up to 7 business days; 3 Day Select can take up to 5 business days and 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air can both take 2-3 business days from order date to be delivered. Most orders are shipped UPS and tracking numbers are provided. As a convenience you can track your UPS package here by selecting "Products shipped via UPS". At times it becomes necessary to ship using US Postal Service some of which are not provided tracking numbers. When tracking numbers are provided you can track your USPS package here by selecting "Products shipped via USPS".

Please remember that Halloween is our busiest season. We ship all orders as soon as possible, however, sometimes orders may be delayed during this time and can take longer to process. Costumers Network ships orders using both UPS and USPS, therefore, your shipping address can be a Post Office Box. You will need to select USPS as the carrier during the checkout process. Failure to do so will result in delays in processing and shipping.

Due to the nature of the costume business, some styles are subject to change without notice due to manufacturer's production. The manufacturers do not notify us of these variations and they are beyond our control. Upon notification web site descriptions and images will be updated to reflect as accurately as possible the final product you will receive. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We recommend that you emails us prior to placing an order if verification of design or color is necessary.
Return Policy
All return requests must be made within 3 days of the receipt date. Returns will not be accepted UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, unless you have been issued a Return Authorization number which can be requested from our Customer Care Department. The RA number will need to be placed on the label of your returned item. A flat $5.00 RESTOCKING FEE will be charged on all returned orders. You are responsible for all shipping unless prior arrangements have been made. All returns must be unworn and in new condition. Credits for returned items will be issued once items are received and reviewed by our returns department. Costumers Network has the right to refuse a returned item upon review if it is decided that the returned item is not in original condition. All returns must be price tag free and in new condition. All original product packaging must be intact, label and tape free. Returns must be shipped in a box. Do not attempt to tape the product packaging and put a shipping label on it - it will be rejected and returned to you at your expense.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable: SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS and SALE ITEMS. Most mascot costumes are considered SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS. Due to health regulations: MASKS, WIGS, HATS, MAKE-UP, HAIR SPRAY, TEETH, MUSTACHES, INTAMENT APPAREL and FACIAL PROSTHETICS cannot be returned. Shoes are also considered a SPECIAL ORDER ITEM and cannot be returned.
Halloween Return Policy
Due to the seasonality of the costume business purchases made between September 21,
2010 and November 9, 2010 are not eligible for return. Exchange requests during this time must be made through our customer care department. We ask that you review carefully our sizing chart and make your purchases early to avoid any inconvenience during this busy season. We can not be responsible for items that are sold out.

THE CARRIER IS LIABLE FOR DAMAGE OR LOSS IN TRANSIT. CLAIMS MUST BE FILED DIRECTLY WITH THE CARRIER WHO HANDLED THE MOVEMENT OF YOUR SHIPMENT. In the event of a mistake or shortage on your order, please contact our office within 3 days. If merchandise must be returned due to our mistake, the restocking fee will be waived.
**Please Note: If your order is shipped using USPS and the products arrive damaged you must file a claim with the US Postal Service. You will need to place a new order for the merchindise that was damaged. Damaged products sent via the US Post Office cannot be returned to us.

It is PayPal's advice to retailers that we ship ONLY to Confirmed addresses. It is in the customers best interest, therefore, to "Confirm" their shipping address with PayPal to avoid any delays.
